Since we released last week’s drilling results from the Falchion Prospect, including 2 metres at 4.34% antimony, several investors have reached out asking for more information about the antimony potential at the Reynolds Range and how it adds to the emerging gold mineralisation.
One of those questions came from Nick, an iTech investor from NSW. He wanted to know how antimony credits work and what they mean for the economics at the Reynolds Range. With all the exploration and recent results from Sabre and Falchion, it was the perfect question for an Ask iTech, so I took some time to try to explain the process.
In the episode, I cover:
- Although iTech sees Reynolds Range as predominantly a gold project, how antimony can make a real difference to the economics.
- A quick look at some real-world examples of other gold-antimony projects in Australia, such as Larvotto Resources’ Hillgrove project in New South Wales and Southern Cross Gold’s Sunday Creek project in Victoria and how they report antimony.
- How iTech is working towards calculating antimony as a gold-equivalent grade at both the Sabre and Falchion Prospects and what that will mean going forward.
I hope you enjoy the episode.
