WELCOME TO iTECH MINERALS

Thank you for becoming a part of iTech Minerals. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you as a shareholder in the company.

I am incredibly excited to say that the final agreements with Archer Materials for our projects have now been completed and iTech Minerals will be listing on the ASX this Thursday at 11am (21st October 2021).

With the heavily oversubscribed Initial Public Offering (IPO), closing early and the maximum $7 million raised, we had to scale back applications to 70% and refund the difference. With the tremendous level of support, we have also been able to get a head start on our exploration and development plans. We have conducted an extensive review of our kaolin assets which has uncovered some interesting new potential. We have also been moving forward on the plans to develop a more environmentally-friendly, hydrofluoric acid-free process for refining Campoona Graphite with our scientific partners, Dorfner AnzaPlan.

I’m really looking forward to sharing the details of these new developments with you and our plans for the next few months once we are listed on the ASX platform.
